Location: Seffner, FL (On-Site)
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Support accounts receivable functions, including tracking and recording booking-related revenue
• Prepare monthly P&L reports, analyzing revenue streams and cost structures
• Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks Desktop and other systems
• Partner with operations to ensure proper revenue recognition and expense tracking
• Support ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop required
• Exposure to additional accounting or ERP systems is a plus
• Hands-on experience with both AP and AR functions
• Ability to prepare and analyze P&L statements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fully in-office environment
