About the Role
Baylor University Medical Center - - Responsibilities: Register patients by collecting accurate demographics and insurance information for registration; Verify insurance benefits and determine patient financial responsibilities; Cross-train and work in all assigned areas; serve as a mentor or trainer for peers; Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance revenue cycle and patient experience; Assist patients with directions, escort, or mobility needs and escalate service issues as needed
