Baylor Scott & White Health - - Responsibilities: Registers patients at multiple locations and works in different department areas; Verifies patient eligibility for insurance coverage and benefit levels for services; Calculates and collects patient dues according to financial policies; Negotiates payment arrangements with the patient as needed; Assists patients to nursing units by providing directions, personal escort and medical mobility assistance (e.g., wheelchairs)
