Emergency Medicine Physician Enjoy a partnership style practice without the headache! base rate + hourly incentive + quarterly bonus pool ~ Goal—work at least 12 required shifts/month (12 hour) ~6, 24 hr shifts ~ ER + urgent care in the same facility ~ APRN’s triage urgent care patients ~ Typically have 4-5 physicians per site ~24 hour shift- can expect to see 40-50 patients/day (observations + critical care) ~ Heavy trauma is rare- tertiary hospital available
