~ Average 8-10 ICU patients per day
~ Average 3-6 pulmonary consults
~ Open ICU with mandatory ICU consults for most patients
~ Telehealth coverage for weekend pulmonary consults
~ Bronchoscopies, line placements, intubations required
~ Extended leave coverage
~ Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
~ Assignment details and time entry in online portal
