About the Role
QPS Employment - - Responsibilities: Operate and monitor CNC lathes to machine precision components used in motor assemblies, ensuring parts meet quality and engineering specifications; Set up machines, make minor program edits, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficient production flow in a high-precision manufacturing environment; Set up and operate CNC lathes and VMC equipment to machine parts according to specifications and production schedules; Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure correct machining of components; Inspect machined parts using quality measurement gauges to optimize part quality
